Custom layouts applied to Easy Reader theme

      Confluence does not let you modify custom layouts if you are not using the default theme.

      If you create a custom main layout and then change the theme to easy reader, the custom layout is still applied. This also happen in you set the easy reader theme for a space.

      When using the documentation theme, everything worked as expected (no custom layouts were applied).
