Cannot select space category including non-ascii character.

      Space category cannot be selected from dashboard when category label contains a non-ascii character.
      For examples:

      Space Category Label Result
      sample OK
      サンプル NG

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add Space categories 'test', 'test2' and 'サンプル'
      2. View the Space Categories tab. Change between categories.
        • Observe that test and test2 categories work, but that サンプル simply flicks back to the previously selected category
