Restore export of a space causes HibernateException: Reading backup xml file failed. Repeat, bounce Tomcat and all *seems* OK

      1-3-DR4 standalone with standard install option on OSX platform

      When restoring a small space exported from v1.3, I get a Hibernate Exception "Reading backup xml file failed"

      If I repeat the restore, I get the same error again. However, if I stop/start Tomcat and then try for a third time .. it works ?!?!?!? Data seems Ok.
