Spaces list macro should paginate the list of spaces

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently when there are too many spaces, the spaces list macro can be quite slow and take up a large amount of screen real-estate. It should have a configurable number of spaces displayed after which it should paginate the results or link to the space browser like the global entities list on the dashboard does.
