Tested this while installing Confluence 4.3 RC1 with MySQL locally
Description
Although this WARN message doesn't prevent a setup from completing, but it can cause a confusion or panic to end user to see such. Plus, not sure why we should drop a table in a vanilla setup:
2012-08-10 16:01:12,763 WARN [http-8090-3] [atlassian.confluence.setup.DefaultHibernateConfigurator] executeAdditionalSql Error executing SQL during schema changes: drop table CONTENTLOCK, StatementCallback; bad SQL grammar [drop table CONTENTLOCK]; nested exception is com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLSyntaxErrorException: Unknown table 'CONTENTLOCK' -- referer: http://localhost:8090/setup/setupstandarddb-start.action?database=mysql | url: /setup/setupstandarddb.action | userName: anonymous | action: setupstandarddb
