Info/Note/Warning/Tip no longer support links in title

    Description

      In Confluence 3.5.x, the "title" parameter on the Info/Note/Warning/Tip macros supported links using the standard square bracket link notation. In Confluence 4.2, the square brackets are no longer interpreted as a link, and instead show as literals.
