Improve file attachmented email notifications

Details

    • We collect Confluence feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

    Description

      The emails we send out when a file is attached should have the attachment name (ie myfile.gif) linked to download the attachment.

      Also, we don't include the user's comment in the outgoing email.
