Arrows in expand macro fail HTML standards validation

When exporting to HTML a page that contains an occurrence of the expand macro, no ALT attribute is defined for the arrow images (class of expand-control-image). This causes the page to fail W3C validation against the 4.01 Transitional standard as ALT is a required attribute.
