Documentation Theme always jumps back to the first entry ...

Documentation Theme always jumps back to the first entry when scrolling down in a tree and clicking on a page.
The tree should stay at the current state.
To reproduce the bug you need to have as many first level pages that a vertical scrollbar is shown up. So the system is loosing the current scroll state.
