When adding a web link, e.g. for:
https://plus.google.com/local/*/s/by:111201963613937477822

just copy and paste will break the markup and link is not clickable after saving.
It is clickable while in rich text mode just after insert, so this bug causes many "damn, doesn't work, have to re-edit the page"

so, just the * sign causes this problem and is not encoded correctly automatically to it's hex value 2A automatically by markup engine.

This is NOT a workaround, because I can't tell every stupid customer to know whats the correct, technical spelling for * signs in URL... perhaps there are related problems with other signes but the same cause too.. don't know, didn't find any related tickets for that.
