Embedded PDFs are missing text and images

      All most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, IE, and Safari.

      When I embed a PDF in a page, the PDF that is rendered in-page is missing images and entire swaths of text. However when I download and then view the PDF attachment in-browser, it displays perfectly with no missing content.

      This bug may be a duplicate of CONF-21789.
