The listundefinedpages action appeared near the top of the list of slow requests on CAC during a period of very slow responses today.
Running it on the unloaded QA-CAC server shows this URL taking over 30 seconds to come back:

What this is doing, it should be doing it smarter. Perhaps this report is even defunct now, since new page linking is much rarer.
