Table of Contents Macro should ignore the headings of items in the recent blog posts macro

    Description

      TOC macro displays people's name from inside the recently-updated macro. Steps to repro:

      1. insert a recently updated macro
      2. choose the "social" them in the macro params
      3. names of users in the activity stream end up getting displayed in the toc macro
