Attachment link issues in IE8

To replicate this:

1. Add an attachment to a page and create a link to it.
2. Delete the attachment.
3. Edit the page and click on the link text.

In IE8 the link options 'Go To Link | Edit | Unlink' still appear but do nothing. To edit the text or link to a different attachment, you need to remove the text first.

In Firefox the text behaves as expected (ie. normal text).
