Deleted page with a title containing special characters can still be accessed

Users can still access a page that has special characters in the title using a direct link although this page has been removed/deleted.

Note that this bug has been fixed in 4.2.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a page titled "page with special & chars"
2. The page is then created with the URL http://<confluence-url>/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=<id>. Please make sure you record this URL.
3. Remove the page by clicking Tools > Remove
4. Access the same URL as in step 2. The page can still be viewed.

Workaround
The only workaround is to purge the page (Space Admin > Trash). However, not all users are space admins!
