Allow Minor page edits to be excluded from RSS feeds when using Feed Builder

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The RSS feeds from monitoring all changes creates a lot of entries - especially minor changes (such as spelling correction).

      To keep the list concise, and to the point, it'd be nice to be able to optionally filter out and modifications that were marked as 'Minor', or as in Confluence 4, those marked without 'Notify Watchers'.
