Inconsistency wiht Incoming links from pages in the trash

Incoming links from pages in the trash are displayed in the remove page warning but not in the page info.

Repro steps:

1. Create Page1
2. Create Page2 with a link to Page1
3. Remove Page2. The warning shows 0 incoming links to the page.
4. Remove Page1. The warning shows 1 incoming link. Click in the message to see the page info, but no incoming links are displayed there.
