Moving JIRA issues breaks JIRA-Issue-macro

    Description

      When inserting a JIRA issue, ideally it would be recorded by a unique ID so that if it's moved, then the macro doesn't break. This is how it works the other way - JIRA links via Confluence page IDs, not titles.
