Cannot Embed Office Docs in Pages With Colons in Name

Excel and word documents cannot be embedded into a page that contains a colon in the page name. The Insert macro shows an empty list in the file name drop down despite having valid documents attached to the page.
Removing the colon from the page name is a workaround for the issue.
