When using a code macro block in a page that contains fifty or more lines the format when exporting to PDF is incorrect. At fifty lines, an extra blank page is added to the beginning of the exported PDF. At fifty five lines, a different but similar issue occurs where a page return is added mid-macro. Please see attached PDF's for examples. This occurs when using version 2.5.6 of the PDF export plugin.
