Custom Favicon is removed when updating to 4.2.3 and I am no longer able to set a custom favicon

      In 4.2.2 I added a custom Favicon to my instance of confluence, after upgrading to 4.2.3 the Favicon no longer exists. Also, I tried readding the Favicon as I did the first time with no success.
