Pagetree macro throws NullPointerException in Global Template Preview

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a Global Template in Confluence Admin >> Global Templates with this content: 
        {pagetree}

      2. Preview the Template

      Observed Behavior

      Note however that the template works properly as a page.
