Allow page names to be duplicated within a space - Either by including the parent page within the URL or by some other automagic feature.

This becomes a problem when you have, say a development space layed out as such.

• Development (space)
• Q1 Foobar (project Q1 Parent)
• Standards
• Design
• Q2 Foobar (project Q2 Parent)
• Standards
• Design

for the time being we've adopted the suggestion here:

But this seems cludgy and like something that should be handled by confluence itself
