Description
When a newly created user logs in, a PersonalInformation object gets created [com.atlassian.confluence.user.listeners.PersonalInformationCreateListener.handleEvent(Event)]. It gets persisted in the content table with the contenttype='USERINFO' (ContentEntityObject.hbm.xml). If you delete the user over the admin interface, this object gets removed as well.
If the user is coming from an external user directory (e.g. Crowd) and is deleted due to synchronisation (e.g. was removed on the remote directory), the PersonalInformation object is not removed. The behaviour of this operation should probably be equal to when they get removed over the admin interface.
