Add notes on creating manual links with anchors to Working with Anchors

      The comments contain more than one questions about making links to anchors manually. The table only covers using the Confluence Link function to make the anchor.

      We should add a note in the Linking to an Anchor or Heading section that has an example URL:

      http://yoursite.com/display/spacekey/PageTitle#PageTitle-AnchorName
