"attachments" macro has wrong layout in all Firefox (11 and down) and IE. Labels shown in rows

I've tested this a bit and the layout is OK (ie, labels and button in the same row) in Chrome 18.0.1025 and wrong in Firefox 6 on Linux, Firefox 11 on Windows or IE8 on Windows, where the labels and the button all are laid out in different rows, making the table very long.

On the other hand, the listing produced by the Tools / Attachments menu is correct.

For us this is a showstopper, won't be deploying 4.2 in production without a fix.
