As shown in TEAMCAL-535 the Confluence Clustered Cache contains a bug in the way plugins are stored.
      Each time the Team Calendar plugin changes the entire cluster needs to be rebooted.

            This does seem to still affect Data Centre, given that we often have to restart EAC after plugin installs, to get them to propagate across all nodes.
