Refactor functionality within the page operations menu to an 'edit' page.

Functionality to be moved over, at least, includes:

• Rename
• Move (repair referrings links to the moved page)
• Lock
• Remove (re-parent children (doesn't this functionality already exist?))

Ensure that no-op does nothing.
