Documentation says to delete a space category, just unassign that category from all spaces.
However, in our upgrade (3.x to 4.1.7), there is at least one category with no spaces but it still appears (see screenshot).
I'm not sure whether the labels became categories (were categories in v. 3, or only labels?).
Please advise soonest, I want to organize and start clean and this is important.
