Special Characters in macro parameters get corrupted after saving with the macro browser

      When adding any macro to a page and entering macro parameters in the macro browser, special characters (ä, ö, ü, é...) get corrupted. They display correctly for a short moment when inserting the macro, but upon re-editing the macro or saving the page, the encoding is messed up.
