The notifications generated for pages containing emoticons or embedded images will include relative links instead of absolute links referring back to the server.

This is due to the DIFF output type not having a specific HrefEvaluator mapped in OutputTypeAwareHrefEvaluator. And since diffs could be viewed in the browser or included in a notification it perhaps isn't simply a case of creating an entry.

It is likely that inter-site links in the notifications will have the same problem.
