Both list type buttons highlighted in nested lists of mixed types

If you have a numbered list nested in a bulleted list or a bulleted list inside a numbered list, BOTH list type buttons are highlighted when the cursor is in the inner list. And the behavior of clicking the wrong button is confusing and jarring.
