PageTemplate.getLabels changed from returning a String to return a list of Labels

Another API change which will cause binary incompatibility.

Again, no deprecation, no heads up

Before 4.2, PageTemplate.getLabels was define within PageTemplate.

Now that PageTemplate extends AbstractLabelableEntityObject it returns List<Label>
