Problem:

Wrong display of international characters in the link field happens when you try to edit a link, that contains, international characters.

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a new link
2. select an existing page with international characters in its name
3. save the link
4. save the page
5. edit the page again
6. edit the link you created previously
   >> the link is displayed with HTML codes instead of international characters

In both languages, French and English.
