The enclosed website / page has 3500 anchors. Our nationwide website has about 60 named links that point to respective anchors on the FR webpage. When we link to a specific anchor on the webpage, the correct anchor comes up on the display correctly, but then as the page continues to load, the correct anchor will rise or lower from view, on the display.

      What we need:

      1. To have the link stop at the correct anchor, with the anchor at the top of the display.
      2. The current macro / link accepts input for the specific anchor, with the qualifier "#p-537".

We need the capability to display data between "From anchor","To anchor"

When a client clicks a named link, we want the client to see only data relevant to the link name, not have to review the other 3500 anchors of data to see where his search should end.

      Details:

      1. We link to the following web site and anchor:
        http://www.federalregister.gov/articles/2010/07/28/2010-17207/medicare-and-medicaid-programs-electronic-health-record-incentive-program#p-537
      1. This particular link / anchor on the webpage is named:
NPRM EP/Eligible Hospital Objective: Maintain active medication allergy list
        The anchor number is 537
On our web page, the link is named: Maintain Active Medication Allergy List
      1. As my test link, in the Rich Text editor, and on our Confluence page we see: EvaluationLink
      1. In the Wikieditor for our Confluence page, we see the link as:
         EvaluationLink
      1. When we click on the link:
The link goes directly to the webpage, and to the correct anchor which will be at the top of the display / screen.
But the rest of the web page is still downloading to our computer, as one can see by the messages in the lower left hand corner.
The correct anchor moves up and down several pages, while the whole page is loading
      1. Anchor 537 on the webpage is:
NPRM EP/Eligible Hospital Objective: Maintain active medication allergy list
        1. For this particular link, we want to display the data between only anchors 537 to 559, and not download the whole page to the client, or us.
      1. There are about 3500 anchors on the page, we would prefer our nationwide clients, who may have limited broadband capability, not have to download the whole page, then have to search for their requested item.
      1. The expected updated macro would look something like this:
        http://www.federalregister.gov/articles/2010/07/28/2010-17207/medicare-and-medicaid-programs-electronic-health-record-incentive-program#p-537 to #p-559
