Tasklist Macro not able to assign user

      Two problems

      1. The icons are missing for the user/group selector
      2. You can assign the user by clicking the blank area but it doesn't seem to stick. I've tried everything I can think of to make this work. It just doesn't work.

      I tested this in 3.5.13 and it doesn't work there either so it seems to have been broken for a while.
