Bob Swift's plugins "csv" and "table-plus" provide a feature to highlight table rows on mouse-over.
This works fine for most themes.
Though, when the document theme is selected, this feature does not work.
I traced the issue down to the "splitter.css". It sets the table background to "none",
and apparently it is done in a way so the specific styles of the mentioned plugins can't overwrite it.
