Summary of Bug

When pasting a line of text that has brackets in it (for example, "this is my (text)") into a table in the Confluence editor, the editor freezes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Insert a table in the Confluence editor
2. Try to paste a line of text that has brackets ("this is my (text)")

Findings

I have tested this using both Confluence 4.0 and 4.1, and both of them are not affected. Seems that only 4.0.5 is affected by this bug.
