      The attached PDF file cannot be rendered in Confluence using this macro:

      {viewpdf:name=TH9_BusyDevelopersGuidetoECMAJavaScript_Neward.pdf}

      It just says

      There was a problem converting this attachment. Please create an issue at http://jira.atlassian.com
