Documentation Theme - comment anchor links have whitespace gap at the bottom

      Chrome on OSX

      In Confluence 4.1, click on a comment link on a page using the documentation theme. Notice that there's a white space at the bottom of the page.

      The white box seems to be caused by the upgrade to plupload from CONF-23360
