Steps to repro:

1. Add a section to a page
2. create a table in section (2x4 size is arbitrary) - add some text to cells
3. create a second table in section (2x4 size is arbitrary) - add some text to cells
4. Preview page - notice cell spacing between table cells in table 2. Same behavior repeats for subsequent tables on page with Section included on it.
   • Note that tables do not need to be inside the section.
   • Viewed source from FF and Chrome and source is identical for each table. Same behavior in FF and Chrome. Same behavior if table has header or no header.

Screenshots attached displaying behavior. Also selected border=true for section and no border is being displayed. Not sure if that is related issue or something separate.
