The entries in a tasklist are not displayed if a table of contents macro is used.

I was able to reproduce this at the Atlassian Confluence sandbox: http://sandbox.onconfluence.com/display/2/Tasklist-Contents+Test

To reproduce:

• Create a new page
• Create a tasklist
• Save
• Add a task: "My Task"
• Edit
• Create a TOC at the top
• Save
• View the page: "My Task" is gone

If you edit the page again you can still see the task data, it just doesn't show up when you view the page.

I first noticed this with my standalone installation of Confluence 4.0, but it seems to affect 4.0.4 in the Sandbox.

I also posted this at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-23906 in November from directly within Atlassian jira, but wasn't sure if going through the bug report link from my Confluence installation made a difference.
