SHIFT+Enter on a bold list item then removing bold formatting does not work and causes the line to jump

      Seems like a regression on the EAC upgrade. Steps to reproduce:

      • Type 3 list items
      • Go to the middle list item, highlight it and make it bold
      • SIFT+Enter at the end of that list item
      • Now CMD+B to remove the bold text
        • At this point, the line will jump (it will create an extra line?)
        • And when you type, the bold formatting is not removed even though you typed CMD+B
