In Confluence 4.1.1, image (e.g. PNG) and Gliffy diagram attachments on pages which are 'included' (and possibly 'excerpt-included') on host pages are broken on these host pages.

      When http://confluence.atlassian.com/ was upgraded to 4.1.1, image (e.g. PNG) and Gliffy diagram attachments on pages which are 'included' (and possibly 'excerpt-included') on their host pages, broke on these host pages.
