Include Page macro does not populate image attachments in an included document

      Include Page does not resolve image attachments on the included page:
      1. Include > Other Macros > Include Page
      2. Include page from another wiki space that has image attachments (created using Insert > Image).
      3. Save
      4. Document appears with "? Unknown Attachment" in place of each image..
