Attachments macro empties when one attachment removed

With an attachments macro, listing three attachments. I click on one of the 'remove' links, and the macro refreshes (has the spinning 'ajax happening' logo). The content seems to dim once, and re-appear, and then dim a second time but does not refresh with any contents at all.

A refresh of the page restores the attachments macro content (but also, requires a page reload). Doing multiple removals is a pain. And simply not panicking that you've accidentally deleted everything, would be nice.
