When a user puts a macro (eg: code block etc) into a list, there is a discoverability problem in that to continue the list you need to put your cursor below that macro then press enter - no one realises this.
To assist with this, we could automatically put another bullet/number below the macro for them after they insert their macro placeholder.
This has some annoyance factor if you didn't want another li but it is easy to kb down arrow to it and backspace it, and that seems like a very discoverable/obvious interaction versus now.
