Confluence 4 {footnote} macro

      Our Confluence users loved the 3rd party footenotes plugin by Adaptivist but they are not keeping their plugins update for Confluence 4:

      Can Atlassian take up the slack and add a native footnotes feature to Confluence? It should be a core feature of your wiki software.
