Velocity Templates failing on deprecated methods in dev mode

      When Confluence is run in dev mode (ie. atlas-run) velocity templates are throwing errors when the attempt to use any java method that is deprecated. This causes integration tests to fail.

      Deprecated methods may be deprecated, but they are not broken. A warning in the logs would be sufficient in this case.
