    Description

      The velocity macro #userLogoBlockOtherwise uses a now deprecated method in the GeneralUtil class. In dev mode, ie. when running integration tests this causes Confluence to throw the following exception:

      [INFO] [talledLocalContainer] java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: (This exception is only thrown when dev.mode is enabled) Velocity template accessing deprecated method com.atlassian.confluence.util.GeneralUtil#isDefaultUserProfilePicture - template/includes/macros.vm[line 1465, column 24]
